EOS Governor includes services such as deployment, management, monitoring, online update, security auditing, and log viewing, everything needed to ensure continuous and secure operation of enterprise applications. These functions are becoming increasingly important as businesses increasingly depend on enterprise software to manage their operations.

Application configuration -- for configuring operation parameters. Such as databases, application paths, triggers, component packages, event and error logs, etc.

Application management -- for effective management of EOS applications. Such as deploy packages, load and reload presentation and business logic components, update EOS licenses and initialize databases.

Monitoring information -- for real time monitoring of operation of EOS applications. Watch status of presentation logic and business logic components, usage of databases, including database tables currently in use.

Statistical information -- for getting of statistical data reflecting state of application operation from the start of application. Such data include: call frequency of components, frequency and durations of database visits.

Security control -- for configuring security parameters of EOS applications.

Event log -- EOS Governor keep a comprehensive event and error log, and provides a powerful view and search utility to help users get complete usage and auditing information.

Workflow monitor and management -- for monitoring operation status of EOS Workflow, every thread of workflow can be examined, suspended, resumed, and deleted through graphical interface. Workflow templates can be modified also.

All these functions are possible because of EOS Server. If EOS Studio just generate Java code and deploy to other platforms such component-level government would be impossible.
